What can I do if I’m having problems registering for or accessing my Young Thinkers Program account?

We’re sorry that you’re having difficulties with our site. There are a few things you can do to try to resolve this issue:

  • On the registration form, ensure that all fields are completed (your username must be in English and have no spaces or special characters other than underscores and apostrophes).
  • When you log in, remember to use the unique username you created at registration, not your email address. If you have forgotten your username or password, follow the “Forgot Your Password” prompt.

The most likely issue is that there is a typo in the email address or phone number used to create your account. How do I download my course certificate?

To receive a certificate in one of our courses, you need to complete the course with a score of 80% or higher. Please refer to these step-by-step instructions for downloading your course certificate.

Why am I not eligible for full access to the Young Thinkers Program?

Thank you for your interest in the Al Ghurair Young Thinkers Program. The Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation for Education focuses on promoting academic and career success for Arab youth of the MENA region and as such, membership in the Al Ghurair Young Thinkers Program is limited to nationals of the MENA countries who are ages 15-35.
