How do I take the courses?

Register for and take your Al Ghurair Young Thinkers Program courses online for free. Browse our wide selection of courses and click “enroll.” You can start the course immediately and complete at your own pace on your phone or computer.

What can I do if I’m having problems registering for or accessing my Young Thinkers Program account?

We’re sorry that you’re having difficulties with our site. There are a few things you can do to try to resolve this issue:

• Our site works best with the most recent version of Chrome or Firefox and with standard fonts.
• On the registration form, ensure that all fields are completed (your username must be in English and have no spaces or special characters other than underscores and apostrophes).
• When you log in, remember to use the unique username you created at registration, not your email address. If you have forgotten your username or password, follow the “Forgot Your Password” prompt.
• Note that your password must be at least 8 characters and can only use English letters and numbers. It can only use the following special characters: !“#$%&‘()*+,-./:;<=>?@[]^_`{|}~

Why haven’t I received my verification code?

The most likely issue is that there is a typo in the email address or phone number used to create your account. Sign back in with the username (not your email address) and password you created while registering. On the verification screen, select the option to edit your information. Ensure your email address and phone number are accurate. If you continue to have problems, please contact the Young Thinkers team at support@youngthinker.org.

How do I download my course certificate?

To receive a certificate in one of our courses, you need to complete the course with a score of 80% or higher. Please refer to these step-by-step instructions for downloading your course certificate.

Why am I not eligible for full access to the Young Thinkers Program?

Thank you for your interest in the Al Ghurair Young Thinkers Program. The Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation for Education focuses on promoting academic and career success for Arab youth of the MENA region and as such, membership in the Al Ghurair Young Thinkers Program is limited to nationals of the MENA countries who are ages 15-35. If you believe you were granted limited membership by mistake, please send your username, age, nationality and country of residence to the Young Thinkers team at support@youngthinker.org.
